The Action Heart Running Club meets at the Action Heart Centre, C Block,

Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, DY1 2 HQ

 

Training runs of varied routes and distances commence at 6.30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Advice on training and race preparation can be provided. We also have a

Fitness Walking section as well as access to a modern well equiped gymnasium.

Various social events take place throughout the year.

Competitive Over 60 years of age £20   (includes affiliation)
